High Holy Days Appeal

A key component of our plans for promoting higher financial commitments is the establishment of four named levels of giving that will recognize members, if desired, whose basic membership commitment, combined with a generous contribution to the High Holy Days Appeal, reaches specific monetary levels.

The Chai Circle will honor those giving $1800. The Circle of Righteousness recognizes those whose annual commitment reaches $3600. Our tradition teaches that when 36 truly righteous people are alive at the same time, the Messiah will come. Those whose annual commitment reaches $5000 will join the Circle of Torah, which makes reference to the five books of Torah. The Sinai Circle is for those who make an annual commitment of $10,000 or more.

We hope that every member of Monmouth Reform Temple will make a High Holy Days pledge that is at the best level that is right for them and will participate in this very important fundraising effort.
